Alen AxP YouTuber with 701K subscribers is Wrong this is why, My response to the video "How to Grow Millet Spray for Budgies?"

First of all i want to be clear YouTube is not a legit way to get information about birds, many scammers will provide you information just to get a like and subscribers as a result they will gain the option the add ads, the internet aids, to their channel and make a profit out of you.

Alen AxP this is why you are very wrong:

1. budgerigar can eat spray millet as long as they want, their actual diet is grass heads seeds in the wild (Australia) it's recommended to give them a proper seed mix along with fresh vegetables and fruits.
   To be honest if i have spray millet i give them all day every day along with regular budgies breeding mix and fruits, Apples, Grapes, cucumbers.
   Where is your research about the birds you keep?!
   
   
2.  Spray millet contain higher moisture, vitamins and the nutritional value is greater compared to the same seeds in a bird mix.
   
   
3. NEVER put millet seeds in a plastic container and paper towel(like Alen AxP  in the video) , it will stall their development and will be hard to recover them from transplanting shock.Planted straight in the ground the results are much better.

4. The planted millet in the video show exactly why you have no idea about growing millet, no spacing at all. the heads are poorly uneven in sizes. picked too early before the leafs turned brown.

5. Growing spray millet is not 100% safe you can be great organic gardener but if your neighbors spraying anything it will carry by the wind.
   Wild bird will feed on your millet without protecting nets and will risk your birds with Diseases, Mites and any work with soil will risk your birds getting worms.
   
   
6. In the video [07:30] Birds can't get addicted to seeds its their basic food, It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life.
    
   
   Alen you got a lot a lot of research to do my friend and lot of years to learn what i have forgotten but please don't use your influence to mislead people, thank you.
   In short my friends don't learn from guys like him.
   
   Real Bird Keepers in your country will be happy to teach you and pass on real information if you can't find one i am always happy to help on IBK reddit.
