4. Controller Operation
• Mode Switching: Hold the 'Mode' key for 5 seconds to select species.
• Manual Egg Turn: Press the '+' key once to rotate rollers manually.
• Factory Reset: Hold '+' and '-' keys together until the screen resets.
• Egg Candler: Press the 'illuminating' key to activate the built-in light.
• Stop Auto-Turn: Hold 'Stop Eggs Turning' for 5 seconds to toggle off.

How to enter F state (according to the manual)
Power on the incubator normally.
Press and hold the SET key for about 3–5 seconds
– the display changes from the normal temperature screen to F1 / F parameters.
You are now in F state.
Use ▲ / ▼ to scroll between parameters (F1, F2, F3, etc.).
Press SET briefly to edit a parameter.
Use ▲ / ▼ to change the value.
Press SET again to save.
Wait a few seconds without pressing any key (or power-cycle) to exit F state and return to normal operation.

Do not change factory parameters unless necessary – wrong values can affect temperature control and hatching results.
Some F parameters are calibration or protection values and should only be adjusted if you know the correct setting.
